This project is a comprehensive crisis communication plan developed for Delta Air Lines in response to a high-risk reputational incident involving employee misconduct. The plan outlines key audiences, messaging strategies, and a proactive media approach designed to maintain transparency, control the narrative, and rebuild public trust. It includes a detailed press strategy, core messaging framework, Q&A responses, and a formal holding statement, as well as long-term action steps to prevent future crises. This project demonstrates my ability to apply crisis communication theory to real-world scenarios, craft strategic messaging under pressure, and develop structured response plans that protect brand reputation and reinforce organizational accountability.
