Hi, I’m Sophia!

About Me

I am a Communications major at the University of Connecticut with a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences. My work focuses on the intersection of media, mental health, and audience engagement. Throughout my academic experience, I’ve developed a strong ability to take research and turn it into meaningful, real world content in the form of digital campaigns, social media strategy, and visual storytelling. My portfolio reflects this balance between analytical thinking and creative execution, highlighting projects that translate complex ideas into content that resonates with everyday audiences, especially college students and young adults.

What sets my work apart is my focus on intentional and impactful communication. I’m especially interested in how media shapes behavior, identity, and well-being, and I aim to create content that is both engaging and responsible. Outside of academics, I enjoy working on creative projects, developing social media content, and staying up to date with trends in digital media and branding. I’m someone who values collaboration, consistency, and attention to detail, and I’m excited to bring that mindset into a professional setting where I can continue growing and contributing to meaningful, creative work.
